Welcome to the "How To" section of the NCMRC Website. This section is geared towards both the new model railroader AND the expert modeler. Designed to teach modelers how to strive for added 'realism', this area will be under going many updates, as more techniques become available.

Easy and Cheap Diesel Detailing

This lesson shows how easy it is to detail your loco's and give it that 'worked' feel. All that you need for this "how to" is a paint brush, some paint, and photos of your favorite line.
